1. What is the shelf life of your chikki?
Our chikki comes with a shelf life that depends on the packaging. Sealed, branded packs last 9–12 months, while bulk or fresh product packs stay fresh for about 6 months.
2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Delhi NCR. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹349. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee applies.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days within Delhi NCR. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer care within 24 hours for a replacement or refund, subject to our terms and conditions.
